No. Weddings at Villa Sorrentina are always exclusive. Only one wedding takes place each day and the entire villa, gardens and grounds are yours from morning until the last song.
It depends on the setting. The Grand Ballroom seats up to two hundred and twenty and holds three hundred and twenty standing, while intimate rooms like the Vaulted Cellar suit seventy seated. Use the find a space tool on the Spaces page to match your numbers.
Yes. You can marry in the restored Chapel of Santa Marija, along the garden aisle beneath the cypress trees, or in the baroque courtyard. We prepare and dress your chosen setting for the moment.
We work with a short list of trusted kitchen partners and quote food and drink separately, tailored to your taste and budget. This keeps pricing honest and lets us cater to most cuisines and dietary needs.
The Grand Ballroom is licensed for dancing until 01:00, with a warm send off after. Earlier in the evening, outdoor settings wind down to respect the quiet of the surrounding countryside.
The villa sits in the countryside near Mdina, about twenty minutes from Valletta and the airport. There is secure parking on site for guests, and easy access for suppliers and deliveries.
The villa has a bridal suite for the wedding party to prepare in. For guests, we can recommend a range of hotels and boutique stays in nearby Mdina, Rabat and the surrounding villages.
Every outdoor plan has an indoor alternative within the villa, so the day is never at the mercy of the weather. Your coordinator holds a clear wet weather plan agreed with you in advance.
Once we have confirmed availability, a signed agreement and a deposit hold the date for you. From there your coordinator begins planning the day in earnest. Start by sending an enquiry with your preferred date.
