Questions

The things people ask.

No. Not a cent, not a percentage, not a per-order fee. The card processor takes their usual fee and the rest is yours.

The shop runs on our servers and stays ours while you pay the monthly. Your products, photos, orders and customer list are yours — ask us and we export the lot for you any time.

We give you your data and take the shop down. Nothing is deleted without telling you first.

Yes. Bring the one you have, or we buy one for you and connect it.

Card payments go through a Stripe account in your name, straight to your bank. Cash or card on collection is up to you.

Your products with prices, photos, your logo if you have one, and your delivery rates. That is the whole list, and it is the part that decides how fast we finish.

Ask. Bundles, made-to-order pieces, deposits, trade prices and engraving are all in the demo. Anything bigger we quote separately.
