One system to run a cab fleet, a fixed price before you book, a dispatch board for the office, and the trip on the driver’s phone.

Opportunity

Faith Garage has been moving people around Malta since 1993. Airport transfers, private tours, school transport and accounts for hotels and travel companies. A fleet like that has three jobs running at once: a customer who wants a price now, an office deciding which driver takes which car, and money arriving as cash, as card and as an invoice at the end of the month. Software off the shelf does one of those well and charges for the rest.

Contribution

We built the system the business runs on. Customers get a real price and pay by card or in the car. The office works a dispatch board: drag a trip onto a driver and it lands on their phone. The driver runs the trip from that phone, on the way, arrived, started, done, and the office watches it happen. Nothing is quoted from memory and nothing waits for a phone call.
